At long last, the team at Radius Logistics is excited to announce our new brand identity and website, which is now live!
As part of our re-brand we’ve launched a site that is more than just informative, it now has a host of tools to enhance our clients ability to find information and manage their transportation from their desktop.
Both the brand identity and the website were developed in conjunction with our consultants, our team, and most importantly our customers. It was of the utmost importance that we understood, from our users’ perspective, what they wanted to experience with our new site.
By talking with our customers we were able to truly understand what is important to them and what Radius provides day in and day out.

Rate quotes – your rates for your shipments accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Shipment entry – you can now enter shipments into our system and print a bill of lading at your convenience. Once you enter the shipment we are triggered to follow up to advise carrier and pick up time.
Status updates – similar to our new rate quotes, clients now have full visibility to their shipment status in our system from time of dispatch through delivery and billing.
Account Status – View open and paid invoices on your account. View current invoice amounts, and pull account statements
Courier shipments – Dispatch, trace and look at invoices for your courier shipments
WMS – Access information about your product stored in our warehouse via our Warehouse Management System
Claims – We never like it when something goes wrong but when it does you can now file a claim online, upload documents and receive a confirmation number in 4 easy steps.
